Milgred's in-house quality lab covers every stage of inspection,  from ferric etching and Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (F.P.I) to detect surface cracks, to Co-ordinate Measuring Machines (CMM) and profile projectors for complex geometries, ultrasonic wall-thickness testing, airflow testing, and moment weighting to define each part's center of gravity. Additional specialized tests, such as X-Ray and metallurgical analysis, are arranged through long-established partnerships with certified external laboratories.
